I have some questions about Serverless scaling and account limits

I have some questions about Serverless scaling and account limits: 1. What is the current maximum workersMax limit for Serverless endpoints? 2. Is there an overall account-level quota that limits total concurrent workers across all endpoints? 3. If so, is it possible to request a higher limit for production workloads? 4. Lastly, is it allowed to create multiple RunPod accounts under the same organization or payment method (e.g. same credit card) to distribute workloads across them, or would that be considered a violation of the Terms of Service? I just want to make sure my scaling strategy stays fully compliant. Thanks for clarifying! 🙏

Hi! By default, users can self serve upgrade their max workers to 50 up from 5! We can modify this number further upon request, the self serve upgrader replaces itself with a form when you hit the limit. Finally, we'd really rather you didn't use multiple accounts unless for some reason we specifically asked you to.

I’m currently getting an error message saying like that, on the serverless plan, I can only increase the number of workers up to 5 per account. Could you please let me know where I can change or increase this limit?

It should explain the terms for self upgrading, but if you want to just send me your account email or endpoint id I can change it for you 😄
