Why does even the official image gets pulled? :0000

Hi community,

I am using pods with the official runpod/pytorch image and it still gets pulled when I launch a container. Why is it not cached across all GPU types?

Maybe its a new tag, not sure. Did it take long?

It's a fairly new tag, it's just not on every machine - I don't have a way to preseed every single machine. I usually spend like $60 in compute just download the image on a bunch of machines when I release a new tag, but some of edges get missed.
