any tips on gettingi more fps? need it badly cz i play on a 144hz monitor so i wanna atleast get it at 120 if its any possible my specs

you need to get a dedicated gpu, integrated graphics arent gonna cut it
something like a used 1660 super or 1050 ti would easily get you to 165 fps
