waydroid session stop reset waydroid and then dont touch it waydroid is not configured to autostart so that is something you must have configured it starts also when you launch an application that is on waydroid

I've tried it just to see if I could get apps to work there like whatsapp call That didn't really work so I'm trying to uninstall it The nI thought to retart at the moment it's a service running that i cna't kill I can try to reinitialize and see if that does something, and remove it with the way you're familiar with

Oh okay that did something, but why does force stop not work on this service? neither is pkill or kill is it regarding ghost processes?

services can restart if killed, but stops if they fail at starting

reset waydroid that is the closest you get to uninstalling it, keeps it deactivated the only part remaining then is like 32kb of scripts or something

Keeps it installed though @HikariKnight

~/.local/share/applications but again these are 32kb total if you dont want to look at them hide them use a menu editor to just hide/remove them and move on with your day

Yeah did it in pins, all I said is that it's like the shortcut is a link to a flatpak/rpm app no? or is it a script
HikariKnight

they link to a script you cant remove everything totalling about 32kb if you want to truly remove it then make a custom image. the scripts are neccessary to be able to have a functioning waydroid should you want it, since they are part of the image, you cant remove them
