Servers show IP instead of names
Hello,
Recently we added two servers to our ASA clusters and set them up with RCON, the same procedure as always. All of our old servers are ok, except for these two, which display their IP:port instead of name, player count shows X/0 instead of X/70 and pretty much all data is missing from their pages, yet we still see ingame chat and can use rcon on them.

Cause BM hasn't been able to query them.
So it will remain as an IP till BM can.
Server names are pulled over query, not RCON.
What can be the cause/ how can we fix it? It's been like this for over a week and it never happened before with dozens of our other servers so a bit lost here
