DistantHorizons.sqlite file not updating with new LODs
I am playing on 1.20.1 using a modified version of the Beyond Depth modpack, and I removed the Restricted Portals mod as it was causing issues. I pre-loaded a bunch of chunks using DH's built in pre-generator on a singleplayer world, then I copied the entire world folder over to my dedicated server with DH installed and made sure the seed was the exact same for both. The DH configs on both the server and singleplayer world are the exact same, using the FULL method of saving chunks and LODs, using the ZT4 compression method (i forgot if that is the exact name), and everything else.
However, structures in the LOD are not accurate when I actually travel to that chunk. For example, there can be a floating island in the distance and if I go it, there is just nothing there. I ran the

/dh pregen start minecraft:overworld 0 0 625 command after I imported the world so that the world could load more chunks, did this cause incompatibilities? Additionally, it looks like my DistantHorizons.sqlite file is not being updated at all on the server, (see screenshot). Is this normal, or am I just mistaken on how Distant Horizons works?
