My website's launching is in 1 week and when I was trying to restore my project's database this showed up + database backup seem to stop working
including ai tools refused to workeven tried everything including web refresh, trying in other chats, and even new chats

Is your project alive at all? What is the status of the DB if so.
Most likely this will require SB help. Do you have a support ticket in?
so the project was alive for months while in development till I took around 9 days break from the project's development since I've finished with the most of the stuff and the deadline's around a week. But yeah I have 2 support ticket in right now, they've replied to my second support ticket and told me they've sent this to the infrastructure team
OK if you are on to the infra team then that is what needed to occur for it to get fixed.

Hi, just wondering how long does this usually take?
Sorry I have no idea currently. I've seen less than a days to days/week but some of that was when there were capacity issues and getting thru basic support queue into the infra queue.
