VCore 3.1 - Heater extruder not heating at expected rate

Hi Folks, anybody know a solution for this? Just rebuilt a VCore 3 as a 3.1 and 4028 fan. When the fan kicks on i get a "Heater extruder not heating at expected rate". Do i just need to re-run the PID tune with the fan running?
Solution:
Swapped to 5015 all good now

Just realised i'd taken the heater sock off so it's probably that

heater sock was going to be my first rsuggestion, but also yes you'll want to redo the PID

Yeah made it to 70% with the sock on then same error. I had just done a PID before taking it off to clean the nozzle Looking at the klippy logs it seems the heater can’t keep up when the fan ramps up. But will try a fresh pid

Should have zero problem once the sock is on. If the PID fails, maybe double check that the ducting isn't broken/pointed at the nozzle?

Will give it a crack also going to limit the fan speed in the slicer anything over 50% seems extreme to me with these fans Do I just set the fan to say 50% and then run the ratos tuning macro?

That should work yeah

Thanks Well I might ditch this fan, it makes the PID tune fail as well 😂 Yep PID passes without the part fan running, going to try again with the fan at 25%. Horns don’t seem to be pointed at the nozzle but I think the backflow doesn’t help when it’s printing. Will swap to a 5015 of this works So PID tune works with the fan at 25%, seems to be too powerful for the cartridge. Will get the 5015 mount printing and swap to that
