How to use GPT-5 mini with tools? Getting "required reasoning item" errors with Memory

Hey! Getting this error when using GPT-5 mini with tools + memory:

Item 'fc_...' of type 'function_call' was provided without
its required 'reasoning' item: 'rs_...'.

Happens on: Second message in a conversation (first works fine) Model: openai("gpt-5-mini") Has: Tools/functions enabled + Memory with thread Workaround: Switching to gpt-4.1-mini works Is this a known issue with reasoning models? Any config I'm missing?
