Error code VAL 57 because of Region
I'm having a problem creating a 2nd account because of my Region of Residence. The reason why I'm trying to open an alt account is because my main account gets queue banned really often because the last two weeks I left the game because of personal issues (I don't want to get into details with that). But the problem is even with my main account i needed supports help to change my region of residence in order to play. Now it's been almost 24 hours since I opened my ticket on riot's support website and there's no response. I'm seriously losing my temper here because i'm frustrated by the fact that I can't play comp with my friends because of a lousy queue ban on my main account and none of riot support are trying to help me get my alt account to work.

If you’re creating a 2nd account, the region should be set to your current by default :val_SusgeNoted:
As for the error 57, try reinstall vanguard
;vgc
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)
We will be waiting for your response, thank you.
Well, here's the deal. The only problem with vanguard is because just as the support guy said two years ago, players from Kosovo don't have a region of residence even though it is set as default, thus the system can't identify my location. Cause when he switched the region on my main acc to serbia, valorant started working fine. (This is from when i was playing on a laptop, even on my brother's pc valorant works completly fine, it's just that players from Kosovo can't access their games without manually changing their region of residence)

@Rachel I have done this two years ago with the help of a friend but it was no use. The only solution for me is if a riot support changes my region of residence on their end because for me that setting is locked.
Oh
My only hope is if a riot dev sees this post:val_Prayge:
It's been almost 24 hours. How much longer do i have to wait?:Gekko_Wingman_RIP:

can take couple days, it all depends on tickets in queue
I got it solved by a riot dev. I'm thankful to them for helping me:Jett_Love:
