Stuck at registration page. (Immich Server Error)
Hello everyone. I am an Immich noob, and I have been fighting with the basic setup for multiple days now.
I am running a Docker Compose on my Ubuntu server. I am using Nginx as a reverse proxy.
.yml and .conf for nginx are included. There are only passwords in .env
FROM THE WEB
" Cannot GET /api/server-info/features (Immich Server Error)"
Stuck at the registration page.
FROM THE SERVER LOGS
immich-server | [Nest] 23 - 10/20/2025, 1:41:15 PM LOG [Api:Bootstrap] Immich Server is listening on http://127.0.0.1:2283 [v2.1.0] [production]
OR
immich-server | [Nest] 23 - 10/20/2025, 12:03:26 PM LOG [Api:Bootstrap] Immich Server is listening on http://[::1]:2283 [v2.1.0] [production]
I spent some time on this, and to be honest, I cannot say I know what is preventing me from connecting to the server/api. Can you please advise me what should be tho direction for me to troubleshoot?

yes -verified I'm on the latest release(note that mobile app releases may take some time).
I have tried to read applicable release notes.
hours of googling -reviewed the FAQs for known issues.
yes - reviewed Github for known issues.
yes i worked< i have created and accessed it W/O proxy -tried accessing Immich via local ip (without a custom reverse proxy).
hope so -uploaded the relevant information (see below).
yes - tried an incognito window, disabled extensions, cleared mobile app cache, logged out and back in, different browsers, etc. as applicable
