Cannot setup, pay or modify account - Time-Critical assistance needed.
I originally connected an account via vercel marketplace in using v0.ai. I need to upgrade my account and move to a paid tier but it is impossible with the way things are set up. Please have someone connect with me here so that this can be resolved right away. Being able to change / rename organization and detatch from Vercel marketplace must be an option able to be accomplished with ease.

This site is not regularly monitored by Supabase staff.
Why would they have the site / support area then? Just curious... it seems I'm not the only one then under the assumption that this would be a place to reach out to support.

We do alot of the help if it does not need their support team to solve it (like account or infrastructure issues).
could I ask you a question or two? It's not Supabase's issue - far more of an issue caused by vercel. I want to purchase / integrate Supabase for my needs right now. I just had to set up another account because of vercel and I've just paid for Pro but this still won't help me
I'm critically down and need help and, though vercel marketplace has caused this, I think only Supabase support can fix it.
Make sure you already have a support request in.
Also right now many dashboards for SB and a see on Vercel website them are having issues because of AWS if it is an issue you are having just today.

Let me ask a question - perhaps you might be able to advise. I have a site / tool i've created on vercel's v0.ai. I am migrating from Pocketbase > wanting to go to Supabase cloud. Though I just signed up with another company email I have because I can't seemingly break the connections from vercel marketplace, I'm trying to understand if the pro account I just paid for is my cloud service I'm able to apply to this project.
Everything is down because of this > I need to move to Supabase critically.

If you mean the dashboards... for Supabase you can use a VPN to Mexico (anywhere not NA) if it is still acting up. That seems to work for most. I have no idea about Vercel dashboard.
