Assistance Needed: Subscription Retention After Database Deletion

Hello Support Team, I wanted to inform you that I deleted my entire database, thinking that my subscription information would be preserved independently. Unfortunately, now that the database is gone, I no longer have access to my subscription data. Could you please assist me in restoring my subscription or ensuring it remains active while I work on rebuilding the database and remapping my API calls? I appreciate your prompt help and am happy to provide any information needed to verify my subscription.

You have tagged self-hosted here which would mean you are hosting your own Supabase services. If this is not the case and you are using the hosted Supabase platform then you should state what you mean by you've deleted your entire database?

have been trying to drop all Row Level Security (RLS) policies on some of my tables to troubleshoot blocking issues I have been encountering. Unfortunately, during this process, my tables keep getting blocked or locked unexpectedly. It seems the RLS policies or related database activities are causing conflicts, and my attempts to drop policies have not resolved the locking.Specifically:I tried to drop all RLS policies on affected tables.Even after dropping policies, tables remain blocked or show locks. When tables are linked (foreign keys or relations), the blocks persist or get worse. The AI-based help or guidance I initially received was unclear or ineffective in explaining why the tables are being locked or how RLS policies interact with locking.I need detailed advice on best practices to safely drop RLS policies and handle any locking/blocking issues with linked tables without causing unintended side effects.Could you please provide guidance on how to properly remove RLS policies and resolve the locking/blocking issues on tables, especially those linked by foreign keys or used frequently in queries?Thank you! have been trying to drop all Row Level Security (RLS) policies on some of my tables to troubleshoot blocking issues I have been encountering. Did you delete the project or the database? if you deleted the database and are on the pro plan you can restore it from a backup. If you deleted the project it's gone forever.

Subscription are on an organization not a project itself. So you would still have your pro subscription.
