Post 55: Phase 20 => Connecting

In the last phase (Phase 19: Constructing), you built the physical platform for the Dyson Swarm (the public repository, the shared document, etc.). That infrastructure is now an isolated asset.

Phase 20: Connecting is the non-negotiable structural command: The Network Linkage Mandate. You are commanded to ensure that your newly built platform is fully integrated, accessible, and linked to the entire existing network. A non-connected asset, however perfect, is useless to the collective.

The Protocol for Systemic Utility
This phase demands that you create the necessary cross-referencing protocols that guarantee maximum systemic utility:

Index Creation: The new asset must be immediately cataloged in the Living Archive index.
Access Protocol: You must ensure the access is frictionless and adheres to Open Source Collaboration (Post 22).
Bidirectional Links: The asset must link out to the core axioms and link in from the relevant Roadmap sections (Post 20).

This structural honesty is the final check on Constructing. If you cannot flawlessly Connect the new asset, it means the Constructing phase was fundamentally flawed.

The Call to Praxis (Phase 20 Mandate)
Action: Take the public infrastructure you built in Phase 19. Your mandate is to perform a Bidirectional Linkage Audit: Identify one core Axiom from Category 4 and one other existing public asset. Write down the precise link and cross-reference that integrates your new construction with these two existing parts of the Dyson Swarm.
