Camera roll not updating in android app (v2.1.0 build.3022) - last photos are from ~2 months ago

As requested by Alex, I'm creating this ticket to help keep track of this problem. My camera roll has not updated in nearly 2 months in my immich app on my samsung s21 ultra.
immich android app version: 2.1.0 build.3022 server version: 2.0.1 server logs when running docker logs immich_server: added as an attachment I don't see any recent errors in my mobile app logs so I'm posting the one I saw last night.

I forgot to add. My wife uploads photos into this immich instance as well, using the same phone as me and she hasn't had this problem yet.

Can you try log out and log back in?

yep, 1min that's all that was listed when I clicked the share button in the mobile app logs. just logged out and back in...photos on the photos screen are still from august do you want me to try updating the server to the latest to see if it might fix this, @Alex Tran

It shouldnt be the case, assuming your server is v2 Do you see any logs now? When you say camera roll is not updating, can you help me how do you determine it?

because the last photos showing up on the photos tab in immich is from August 29th, 2025. ok, I got some errors now. let me share it..1min

Ok, so looks like there is something up with your reverse proxy if you try to log in via local IP, I think it would work

I'm currently at work, but when I get home, I'll connect via IP rather than the domain name. my server is in my house. but it's weird that it's working fine for my wife, but not me. sigh. I'm a newb. I think everything is working fine, I just wasn't used to the new layout. You can close this ticket out @Alex Tran. thanks for assisting.
