VPC is the conscious, objective act of distilling your purpose into a clear, measurable, and structurally guaranteed benefit for the external world. A perfect internal purpose is useless if the external system cannot immediately confirm its value.

Action: Take the Axiomatic Purpose Statement you wrote in Step 7. Your mandate is to define the Structural Value your entire system provides. Write a concise Value Proposition that clearly articulates the one guaranteed, observable benefit your system delivers to the external world, independent of feeling or belief.
