Screen Locks up with low GPU usage

This issue appears to occur whenever I am using my computer under extremely low load (Browsing Reddit or playing an idle game) I have attached the logs from Journalctl -r as well as the requested command from the error. Whenever I am actually playing games it does not. Please let me know whatever other information you require and I'll be sure to get it to you right away.
