The age old question - olive chinos

I've got a pair of Iron Heart olive cargos that I love and a pair of engineered garments fatigues in olive. But I'd love a pair of classic olive chinos. The problem is I have a 35-36" waist and leg day requires a 13" thigh. Would love a nice athletic taper fit with a decently roomy top block. 3sixteen looks so close but I'm not sure the thigh has enough room. Any recommendations?
