Can i dispute grace period ?
HI, after a wrongful planning done by our team in our production code
we sky rocketed in the use of cached egress and then it was to late to reset
so is there a way to extend the grace period or get support on that please ?

You would need to contact support.
Normally if you are a little over you have until the next billing period to reduce your usage to the point the next period does not go over.
BUT is you are "way" over I've seen a case or two where it looks like the project gets locked immediately.
Going to Pro seems like the best bet if you are in production.
