Something wrong with my account Wrongfully Flagged as “High Risk”
I’m reaching out regarding my account being repeatedly flagged as “high risk” and banned without any valid reason
The issue only occurs on my account
my brother plays on the same PC and emulator (Gameloop) under his own account, and he has never had any problems or bans
On October 20, 2025, my account was banned for 1 day for “high risk”
After the ban expired, I played normally without using any isues for few hours
Later, I left my account AFK in the lobby overnight, and the next morning I was logged out and saw a 7-day ban for the same “high-risk” reason
This doesn’t make sense because the device, emulator, and network are all the same as my brother’s
only my account is affected
I kindly request a manual review of my account’s recent ban to verify that there’s no unauthorized software or violation involved. I’ve always played fairly and would appreciate it if the flag could be cleared to prevent future automatic bans
and please i wan't to make sure that my rating points are not gone as well i have been losing sleep to get that much of points
If any device information, logs, or proof of my setup are needed to verify this, I can provide them immediately
I really hope this can be resolved so I can continue playing without further interruptions
and yes i made a file claim option in the game with no results at all
so please i need actual help

it's really annoying
any other account used in my device like my brothers account never faced this issue
only my account is the one who gets this ban
pretty sure their system fault flagged this account and i'm scared that this flag is never lifted
first ban was just 24h
second one is 7 day

they think every one who talks about a damn ban is like people who cheat and lose their accounts
as if their system never do mistakes
what the hell is that a company like that leaving a question for a player into their game more than 2 days without a single reply
So dumb pubg

because if you did even consume a few min's to read
you would already figure that i have reached the in-game support with no reply
and by this way it will keep increasing the ban till i lose my damn account
because of a damn system fault that marked my account for no damn reason

Volunteer moderators cannot help you with account related issues, this is why we redirect players to the customer service. They are able to see your account records and take the necessary action based on your request/complaint. 🫶
Where and when did you contact the customer service? You should receive a response within 7 working days, but if you don't you can let me know.

then the ban already will be lifted because its 7 day ban
but what's next ? the account will get ban again because its the second time
and for sure the first time was one day
the second one is 7 days
and the next will be 10 years and i lose the account ?
the account is flagged
i'm even scared to open it and stay in lobby after the ban period is done

the ban period is increasing
it didn't even last for few hours after it get unlocked from the first ban
I suggest asking the customer service why your account keeps getting flagged and what you can do to prevent that from happening again.
