Is there a way that i can install a vpn app i need it to fix my ping at some games . I tried to install it but no luck.

you will need to layer the app
if the vpn app has .rpm release you can layer it
they just provide a .sh file to install on linux https://mudfish.net/download

its still linux, might give you better results
i tried steam os version but its the same result , it looks like its the same file
