Reporting system
The reporting system does not work i report someone that's blatantly smurfing or cheating or sabotaging the team nothing happens can yall turn the report thingy back on?

The report system doesn't respond instantly. It needs a lot of reports from different people for vanguard to actually react to it
Alright so basically if a radiant number 1 hacker was dominating servers and only I reported him he would not get banned ?
Hackers get banned eventually even if no one reports
Smurfing is just not bannable
Sabotaging the team bans occur only after the match ends
That too if everyone in the match reports em most of the time and the person sabotaging has ally damage
The system can't tell if the person was actively throwing without alot of reports
Isn't rank manipulation smurfing? It legit says it in the description
Rank manipulation applies when person A logs into person B’s account and boosts the rank.
