Unable to connect to Pterodactyl server
Hi, I installed a satisfactory server on Pterodactyl today. I used SMM to upload mods via sftp, but I can't connect to the server. It keeps saying I've timed out in the logs. Can you advise if this might be a mod issue?

I just found the problem, I didn't assign this new port to the server, thanks a lot for your help

the log file you attached is from a copy of the game with no mods installed
These are the server logs
that lines up with the filepaths in the logs, yup, but it is not loading any of them
can you connect to the server with a vanilla game client?
Indeed, it was a mistake 😄
this log has mods installed 👍
if you temporarily turn mods off (mods switch in SMM) for both the server and then client, can you connect to it then?
trying to narrow down if it's a mods problem or a general server config problem
I'm afraid it might be a problem with the server itself because when I check for open ports it only displays port 7777
1.1 changed what ports servers need, there is a reliable messaging port now too

This page provides basic instructions on setting up and operating a Satisfactory dedicated server.
It doesn't work without mods either.
check if you have the reliable port set up correctly
I think the official discord also has some server setup help channels? unsure. they may also have other ideas of what to try + other Pterodactyl users
