URGENT - Need to increase my bulk redirect limit

Hi, we are moving traffic from one domain to another - both in CF.
I see this blog post https://developers.cloudflare.com/changelog/2025-02-12-rules-upgraded-limits/ about new limits but on our account i still see previous - 500 url
