I’m experiencing severe performance issues with our Supabase instance every evening, typically between 8 PM and midnight (CET). During these hours, database access becomes extremely slow, to the point that our production projects can no longer operate reliably.
I have already upgraded to the Pro Plan, but this has not improved the situation at all.
The issue does not occur during the day — only in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
Our database is relatively small and lightly used, so this can’t be caused by query complexity or data volume. It feels very much like a bandwidth or shared resource issue on the Supabase side.
At the moment, this makes the service nearly unusable for us in production.
Could you please investigate whether there is any regional congestion or throttling occurring during those hours?

What CPU instance size are you using with Pro? 
Just upgrading to Pro does not increase performance.  It still runs at nano until you upgrade.
Have you looked at the database reports to see if there is a spike in cpu/memory/disk traffic?
And this is a user helping user forum so no one can look at SB regional congestion or your instance.
