Sync stalls when copying files from my NAS

I'm experiencing persistent issues when syncing files from my Synology NAS to my Bazzite desktop. The problem occurs whether I use SFTP, rsync over SSH, or various sync programs from a mounted NFS share. The sync starts normally but eventually stalls—no error, no progress, just a silent hang.
Sometimes even Dolphin hangs and as soon as I unmount the NFS share Dolphin starts working, this is quite intermittent though.
NAS is working from other devices so no problem with that when the stall happens, and also CPU and RAM usage on NAS is not peaking at all.
Anyone who have had similar problem or any ideas?
