Need help with Firefighting robot(The pictures are the wiring connection)
I have to submit this project on Saturday I only have 40 hours left or so. Here's the component list.

first off
when I turn everything on, the 4 wheels starts and it turns off then again starts in a repeated process but one of my wheel is spinning in the opposite direction another problem is that my relay module, only the red led is working the green one is not then on the Arduino only the green led works the orange one only flickers
the opposite direction seems to be a wiring problem if you want my opinion
maybe you connected the wires the wrong way, try changing the orders of the wires going to this motor
for the green led - orange led on you arduino, that does not seem like an issue to me
Other than that : how exactly do you power your motors ? How (I mean with the wiring) is the arduino supposed to control the motors ?
Sounds like you haven’t looked at any documentation, if you don’t know what these lights mean then take a book, lights are super useful, if they aren’t there then you should know what the light means at what does it not working mean
Also the motor flickering sounds like a software issue, or a hardware issue for the motors itself
Aka either you fucked your wiring or code
Or your motors are fucked up
