Seeing ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
A subset of users are seeing a ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when they try to access https://sonomedia.xyz/preview_video.mp4.
Based on community posts, I've verified the link is being proxied via Cloudflare, disabled and then re-enabled SSL, using Full (Strict) mode, and toggled TLS 1.3 off. I'm not sure what is causing this issue and it's difficult to reproduce as it only occurs on certain devices/networks.
For additional context, I've purchased the domain on namecheap and then set this as a custom domain for my R2 bucket.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
