Arduino Nano recognized as Unknown in Arduino IDE and cant upload any code to it.

I tried 2 boards, Restarting Arduino IDE, unplugging and plugging the boards in. I dont have another cable but im 90% sure its good for data transfer and was bought from a reliable source same as the boards. I tried a Arduino Mega board and it works with no issues. All boards are offically from arduino.
