Vivaldi scales incorrectly on second monitor
If I fullscreen Vivaldi on my main monitor and move it to my second monitor with keyboard shortcuts, it scales incorrectly (see attached image). The window itself seems to actually be fullscreen, but the UI does not scale correctly so interacting with the window is basically impossible since I have to guess where every button is actually located. From this point on, any time I interact with something else and then this Vivaldi window, it will shrink again. When the window is in windowed mode, this can happen repeatedly as I'm dragging the window across the monitor border, causing it to be super tiny by the time it's over there. This does not happen with any other program. Just Vivaldi. Returning the Window to my main monitor via keyboard shortcuts returns it to the correct size/scale, but dragging it over keeps the window tiny. I have tried these flags to no avail. For context, my main monitor is 1440p at 100% scaling and my secondary monitor is 1080P at 75% scaling.
