Computer goes to sleep, monitors wont wake up
My monitors and peripherals all go to sleep, but the PC itself questionably goes to sleep. If I tap a key or move my mouse, the peripherals wake back up, but my monitors declare that there is no signal. I suppose my computer does something akin to sleep, but the lights and everything remain on. I mention this because I hear my gpu fans quietly kick on when trying to wake it up. I only just swapped to bazzite as my first linux distro about a week ago on a new drive and this is the only issue I have with it right now. I see solutions online, but I don't fully understand how to implement any of them. I'm not familiar with how to navigate the terminal, but very willing to learn. I just need a little help. I came across a post mentioning disabling the iommu for my amd graphics card through GRUB?
Linux 6.16.4-116.bazzite.fc42.x86_64
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (24) @ 4.95 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Mobo: Crosshair 8 Dark hero
If more info is needed I will do my best to provide it.

I have the same problem, from what I have found looking for similar issues it seems that it has something to do with the RX 6700 XT that was broken with a kernel update:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/4649
There is a patch that seems to address this issue, I wonder if the devs could add it to solve this
Same issue with RX 6700 XT
just a question, what happens if you enter your password when this issue occurs?
Tried your suggestion but I can't even be sure if something happens, the monitors just won't wake up and I have to force shutdown.
same here. my pc completly freezes when going into sleep. for some reason my fans become very loud though. i have a 6800 XT
