selecting "performance" power plan doesn't change the CPU governor

i usually have to change it via the terminal. is this normal behaviour? I'm on the GNOME version of Bazzite desktop

I see. Why is it that when I do switch it to performance, my frames in VRChat jump in an increment of 20 - 40 fps?

You can edit the tuned profile for performance

I'll look into It how would I go about doing that? you're talking about a specific Bazzite profile? or a BIOS profile?

you can edit the tuned config files if you want performance but I would first remove your undervolts
