Level message issue
In my server the bot has managed with many level up roles and many times when a member get level up and kiai attach a role to him his level got reset event though the member has level 10 role the bot make his level to 2 kindly resolve ASAP if you can
Solution
Sorry for the late response. This seems to be caused by your xp decay settings.
