Level message issue
In my server the bot has managed with many level up roles and many times when a member get level up and kiai attach a role to him his level got reset event though the member has level 10 role the bot make his level to 2 kindly resolve ASAP if you can

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

Hi! Can you provide the ID of a user who is affected by this? This helps to narrow down what could be the issue
Also is the issue that people are leveling down or that they are receiving the wrong role? If it is the first, then it might be a setting.
