App stuck in App Launcher

I downloaded TeamSpeak from their website. It was auto added to the app launcher. I deleted it from my downloads folder and it is still there. I right clicked and deleted the entry, but it is still stuck there. I installed TS from Bazar and now when I make a taskbar shortcut, it keeps trying to open the deleted instance of TS and gets a "could not find" error.
