Visual bags and lag in EU4

So I've had this bag earlier but managed to fix it (don't remember how exactly) tried winetricks & game repair but it didn't work P.s even though I've managed to make it work previously, the game occasionally freezed and then crashed after several minutes

try running flatpak update to update flatpak's nvidia driver you have an nvidia GPU but it says this in the logs:

btw i think it's worth mentioning that I tried to reinstall the game( in the log I've noticed that some file was missing) and now dowser.exe can't find the launcher but i can still launch the game with alternative '.exe'

this means your nvidia drivers are too old for DXVK, check https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/wiki/Driver-support

check the driver manager and update the nvidia driver to at least 550.54.14 (ideally go to the latest possible) you might need to run flatpak update again after that, I'm not sure (I don't have an nvidia card)
