How do you teleport
When i teleport to a pokemon, i have to wait for the cooldown time before i catch it, or else i will get a softban. How do you catch a pokemon after teleporting to it. And if its not possible, why i the option there to teleport

To catch the pokemon after TPing to it, you have to click on the pokemon after it appears, then wait out the timer. So no throwing any pokeballs while waiting in the catching screen. Just wait out your time while you have your pokeball ready.
