PipeWire and Stream Deck

On Windows 11, I was using Elgato Wave Link/Stream Deck to control my audio. I essentially had 3 "groups" of audio, "General" (which was the default), "Media" Which was youtube music/pocket casts, and "Chat" which was discord. I additionally had set up the output of those three to switch between my headphones and speakers when I pressed a button on my stream deck, and I could control the volume of each "group" separately. I think I have an idea for how to get the "groups" setup but I'm more confused about how to switch those groups between outputs at the push of a button on my stream deck. I currently have StreamController installed for controlling the Stream Deck.

My idea is:

1. Set up 3 virtual sinks named "General", "Media", and "Chat"
2. Somehow have a command that switches the output of those sinks between either my headphones or my speakers
3. Get that hooked up to StreamController

not sure how to do this exactly, so that's where I wanted some help. Thanks!
