My database is stuck in restarting mode from last 30 mins. Please help. Already raised a ticket but they are saying i am on free plan so it will take time. Can you please help here?

Only Supabase support can help and as you've already raised a ticket you will have to wait for them to resolve it. Do note the wait time is longer than usual as there are a number of Pro tier tickets in this same category waiting ahead of the Free tier tickets.
so if i upgrade to a pro plan right now. will it help in resolving issue faster?

in general how much time does it take. does it takes hours, days or weeks?
I would not know, but from others I've seen on here with the same issue, some have been waiting for more than 6 days now according to their reports. There are also some who got theirs resolved in a day or two.
Was your ticket titled something like Project Stuck Restarting? If not clear in the title what the issue is, you might generate a new ticket.
