About 18 hours after fresh install, thumbnails don't show and jobs sit

I installed 2.1 yesterday for a second time, and things went well, using immich-go for my personal user and also created a second user for my wife with an external library.

Running on Synology docker through Portainer. Pictures were certainly uploaded, the are in my library directory, and new pictures added since the server first came online are showing thumbnails. Some pictures in the timeline have thumbnails, about 10%. Same issue with browser and app.

I don't know if there is an issue, or if this is how onboarding works. I've attached some pictures of the jobs and my stack and env info. The jobs show "waiting", not sure what that means.

the number will slowly decrease, but on a (low power) Synology don't expect it to go down fast
