All attempts to download apps on Bazaar will freeze

Only about two weeks into using Bazzite, and a few days ago, the Bazaar stopped being able to install or update Flathub apps. It appears that downloads are not completing, even when the progress bar fills up in less than a second, and no installation process takes place. I'm a Linux newbie so I lack the skillset to troubleshoot this -- does anyone have insights or things I can do to try to fix this? Screenshot included of an example installation attempt -- the download progress bar is full but the process has been stuck at this stage for the past 30 minutes.
