Limit bulk redirects upgrade from old to new quota

I’m reaching out urgently regarding an issue with Bulk Redirects on our Pro plan account.
Our account (6e39defe6f8bfec874222f3716a46a29) includes two domains.
We’re preparing to launch a new website and need to upload approximately 4,000 redirects via CSV. However, when attempting to upload our list, Cloudflare limits us to 500 bulk redirects per list and prevents saving more — even though our Pro plan should now support 25,000 bulk redirects (5 lists × 5,000 items each), as announced in the February 2025 Cloudflare Rules upgrade.
It appears our account is still tied to the old Ruleset Engine quota (500 items per list) rather than the updated limit. This is currently blocking our production release, as we cannot activate all required redirects before launch.
Could you please manually refresh or upgrade our account’s Ruleset Engine to reflect the new Pro plan limits (5,000 items per list / 25,000 total)?
This matter is time-sensitive, as our new site is about to go live and full redirect functionality is critical for SEO and user continuity.

We’ve just launched our new website, but we’re still unable to upload the full set of redirects due to this limit. This is now an urgent issue on our side, as users are being redirected incorrectly.
We’d really appreciate any help or escalation from the Cloudflare team to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!

The limit was manually adjusted by Cloudflare a few hours after we sent the support ticket. However, for some reason it was not bumped to 25,000 listed in pricing but to 10,000. 🤷♂️
Just checked and I can see this account does have 25,000
