Just to clarify: nothing has changed for existing subscribers (they have been grandfathered on OLD rate limits). Apologies that we did not convey these changes clearly. We'll definitely do a better job in the future.
For new subscribers the recharge rates have been adjusted. Here are the rate limits old and new:
* OLD
* Pro+: 15 artifacts, 1 artifact / 24 minutes
* Pro: 9 artifacts, 1 artifact / 30 minutes
* Lite: 3 artifacts, 1 artifact / 45 minutes
* NEW
* Pro+: 15 artifacts, 1 artifact / 30 minutes
* Pro: 9 artifacts, 1 artifact / 45 minutes
* Lite: 3 artifacts, 1 artifact / 60 minutes
The changed values have been highlighted above
