What do I do now? I don’t want to dual boot
I’m not sure where I go or what I do

reboot to windows, shrink either partition or delete DATA to make space
if you don't want to dual boot then go back one screen
select the disk you want to install on
select automatic in the storage configuration option
mark the box that says something like "Erase data"
leave "encrypt my data" option unchecked if you don't know what it means
after you click on Done on the top right it will show you a pop up with the partitions that are on the disk right now, similar to what you are seeing in that picture you sent
mark all of them for deletion, then done done and install
