more black questions
there's more of a difference in texture and color than the iphone shows since it always crushes blacks.
the pants are ramie so they have a linen-like texture and the sacai shirt in the first pic has textued stitching on the neck and around the side snaps
I still don't have any decent black casual shoes, so I'm stuck with either the nb minimus or xero barefoots, or going with white sneakers which feels off, or boat shoes which would be even worse. I assume the black derbies would look equally bizarre with these lightweight pants
also not sure on the tuck in the second pic, the outlier pants don't have belt loops and have a weird plastic piece to keep the draw strings in place that kind of forces them out to the side
is untucked working better even though the shirt has no structure since it's a cheap gilden blank?

Hi @interpassivity! For better answers, include:
- Reference pictures
- Budget in numbers
- Specific measurements
- Openness to buying secondhand and/or online
- Location: country/continent is fine
- Timing/urgency
the difference here is so small you just gotta decide what you want man
imo the tuck or untuck makes little difference here,
but what i would comment is that the pants are too short for such a flat shoe
yeah, I just had them hemmed and was kind of thinking the same thing, they seem a bit shorter than when measured
should I go back and see if they can add some length back (there seems to be enough room for close to an inch)
you can also wear the pants lower maybe
or rock a raw hem just open that shit back up
also dont overcook your thinking into not wearing derbs here
overcooked lol
