Remove preview on mouseover in Dolphin

I know this is possible because I did it about a year ago when I first switched to Linux full time, but I can't remember how I did it and my google-fu has apparently gotten weaker. When I hover over something in Dolphin and don't immediately click, a massive preview window opens. Every time I think I've found a solution online, they direct me to the same spot in the dolphin settings that no longer exists, or to right click on the preview panel and uncheck "Show item on hover", which doesn't change it. At the very least can the pop up not be a quarter of my screen size?
