Asus ROG Flow z13 - ujust update broke my install

Hi, new Bazzite user coming from Asahi Linux Fedora. - Bought the Asus ROG Flow z13 (2025 version) on Oct. 25. Installed Bazzite fresh. - Saw the Fedora 43 announcement today, ran ujust update - Rebooted. Got back into KDE, confirmed update was successful with uname -a - output showed ...fc43... - Rebooted again later. Machine went to black screen after entering the LUKS password. - Several reboot attempts, same behavior: Black screen after LUKS password prompt. - Recovered by selecting ostree:1 in the grub menu and then running bazzite-rollback-helper to roll back. - System booting fine now:

What are my next steps? Should I get rid of the v43 deployment, and if so how? Should I attempt another update after that?

the f43 deployment will be cleaned up soon, if you want to stay in f42 just do brh rebase stable-42, if you are ready to move on do it again but to stable

Thank you. I made another attempt after removing coolercontrol and liquidctl; not sure that I need them anyway. Encountered the same issue. The fact that the system boots fine immediately after ujust update (via the post-install reboot option) but not after subsequent reboots is curious. I'll stay on f42 for now and hold off on further upgrade attempts. Thank you for your work. Very impressive project.

Just don't forget to rebase back to stable at some point
