Plugin stuck at 43%

Hi, every time i try to install the plugin Eggify it just stops at 43%

This is all I get from the debug, I have left it for over 30 minutes and it doesn't move from 43%. I have also installed 4 other plugins with no issues, They are Server Backgrounds, Resource Manager, Nebula and MC Tools

php artisan clear-compiled Run this and try again, does it fix anything?
