Hello! I really need help recovering my stolen PUBG Mobile account.
My account was stolen at the end of August, and I’ve been trying to recover it for over a month.
Unfortunately, my tablet broke right after it was stolen, and when I repaired it later, it had been factory reset — so now the device is recognized as “unknown,” and I can’t log in from the original hardware anymore.
I’ve already contacted PUBG Mobile support several times through Helpshift and email, but I only get automated replies.
I have all receipts for in-game purchases made before the account was stolen, as well as access to the original email, phone number, and linked Facebook account that were used on that account.
I can provide all this information for verification.
Could someone please help me escalate this case to a real support agent? I just need to verify ownership and recover my account.
