version mismatch? not sure whats happening
hi im trying to use satisfactory mod manager to join my friends, never used this before sorry if im being dumb
importing the profile says my version is wrong and that most mods are incompatible and when i launch it doesn't show any indication of the game being modded
ive tried verifying files, moving drive of the game, restarting the mod manager and satisfactory, idk what to do </3 any help would be very appreciated ty

The Mod Manager is reporting an error because it's trying to modify an outdated copy of the game. This could be caused by one of two things:
1. One of the installs connected to the Profile you have selected is still running a previous version. To fix this, either uninstall it, update it, or switch to a different Mod Manager profile so that it isn't considered in the update process.
2. You have leftover files in your install directory from downgrading to play a previous version. To fix this, uninstall the game (verify files won't fix this!), delete the game install directory if it still exists (this is NOT the AppData folder, but the location where you installed the game), then reinstall the game, and reopen SMM.

It looks like you have not yet generated the debug info file!
Please do as the mod manager requested. Click the "Generate debug info" button and send the zip file in <#1243688087578738770> otherwise we will not be able to help you!

Simply delete the profile and create a new one. Then it will work with the correct version.
whenever i deleted it it said the profile didn't exist lol even though i just made it
