Oscillating Water Column Energy Converter IoT using Arduino UNO

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on an oscillating water column project. The goal is to store the electrical energy generated from the turbine’s rotation into a battery. I’d like to know how I can use an Arduino Uno to measure the voltage, current, and power output, and then send this data through IoT so it can be monitored on a smartphone. What kind of sensors, modules, or circuits would be needed for this setup, and how should they be connected to the Arduino? Thanks in advance for your help!
